Creatively may retain ownership of the intellectual property in the final deliverables, with the Client being granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such deliverables for the specified purpose.

Ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, including but not limited to stock images, licensed fonts, or proprietary tools used in the creation of deliverables, will remain with their respective owners.

Licensing for Third-Party Content: If your project includes third-party assets (such as images, software, or fonts), you will be responsible for securing the necessary licenses and permissions. Creatively will not be liable for any legal issues arising from the use of third-party content.

Rights to Portfolio Use: Creatively reserves the right to include any work completed for you in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
